The Wonder That Is Sanskrit
Submitted by Rich Horn on Thu, 17/07/2008 - 10:34.
Synopsis:
A short paperback which discusses the various values of Sanskrit.
Review:
This book doesn't try to teach Sanskrit. It is about Sanskrit.
It talks about various aspects of Sanskrit, its use in Poetry, as a spiritual tool and so on.
Did you know, for example, that NASA use Sanskrit in some aspect of their computer technology because they found it to be the most flexible of languages.
A surprisingly light and enlightening read.
