INTRODUCTORY PART of VINYASA KRAMA YOGA PRACTITIONER PROGRAMME

This course is influenced by Steve's studies with Ramaswami. It takes a more practice-based, siksana approach, and he will be teaching the asana sequences he learnt from Ramaswami. Pranayama, Meditation and Sutra study will be given equal importance. The aims and objectives are those of classical yoga as presented in the Yoga Sutra.

The full practice-based course will be in three steps:

• Introductory Course -- 2 days

September 14th and November 9th 2008
Yorkshire Yoga and Therapy Centre, Knaresborough

• Foundation Course -- 6 days and 1 weekend retreat
• Practitioner Training Course - 15 days and 2 5-day retreats

The course will suit existing teachers, pracitioners and students who want to train to teach. Practitioner first, teacher second.
